We hosted our first ‘Pop-Up Store’ event. December 7th. Saako presented their unique hand-woven accessories and wine has provide by ‘2 Girls and a Wine Guy’.

Table Asia Gallery was proud to exhibit at the Arts of Pacific Asia Show held at Fort Mason. There was an good turn-out and an overwhelmingly enthusiastic response to our booth. Thank you all for your generosity! Including Governor Jerry Brown!
Renowned gallerist and collector of Japanese prints Ren Brown traveled from his Bodega Bay gallery to make a special San Francisco appearance at Table Asia Gallery. Ren showcased his newest acquisitions and gave an excellent talk on trends in contemporary Japanese printmaking.
At our Society for Asian Art evening. Vince gave his presentation, “The Art of Japanese Ranma” to rave reviews. Sake and Sushi was enjoyed by all. Special thanks to Anne B. Dorsey and Bob Oaks of the Society for Asian Art for their generous support and encouragement. Thank you also to Keiko Tominaga and National Foodservice Sales for their generous donation of sake.
An ArtSpan mixer was held May 23rd, 2007. Thanks to all the artists and ArtSpan board members who attended. A great time was had by all. Special thanks to Therese Martin, Executive Director and Lindsay Barrick, Program Coordinator for their generous hosting!
Thanks to all who attended our new katagami reception, including our 12th District Assemblywoman and Majority Whip, Fiona Ma, who generously awarded Table Asia Gallery a California Legislature Certificate of Recognition, “For the many years of service & culture provided to the people of California”.
Our First Anniversary Celebration was Saturday and Sunday, October 21st and 22nd, 2006.
The San Francisco Neighborhood Parks Council 10th Anniversary Gala Pre-Event, July 26th, 2006 was deemed a great success. Numerous pledges were gathered and a great time was had by all. Special thanks to Frey Organic Vineyards and Poleng Restaurant. Special thanks also to (then) Mayor Gavin Newsom.
